Abstract
The present Regulation is enacted under the Fisheries Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the licences issued by the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation under the Freshwater Fish Marketing Act (Canada) that provides authority to sell specific species of fish in designated markets. The text consists of 5 sections.
