Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulations (R.R.S. c. D-1.2 Reg. 1).

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the compliance with federal provisions regarding safety requirements, safety standards required for containers, packaging and vehicles and the safety marks to be displayed thereon. The text – consisting of 10 articles – deals with the following matters: adoption of and compliance with federal Regulations, limited exemptions, deemed direction or control, application for exemption permit, compliance with federal permit and certificate of inspection.
