Abstract
The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the safety requirements, documents, safety marks, prohibitions and special cases, including exceptions for agricultural purposes. They also lay down criteria for classification and definition of dangerous goods.
