Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Natural Products Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the delegation of powers. In particular, section 3 establishes that the Council delegates to the Commodity Board the Council’s power under subsection 9(1) of the afore-mentioned Act to make Regulations.
