Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to the guaranteed lending programme for farmers. For the purpose of the present Regulation a “guaranteed loan" means a loan made by a lender and guaranteed by the corporation. The text - consisting of 24 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: loan limit, eligible borrowers, applications, security by lenders, fees, guarantee by corporation, transfer of loans, claim of loss, failure to comply.
