Drilling and Production Regulation (B.C. Reg. 282/2010).

The present Regulation enacts the Oil and Gas Activities Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to drilling and production of minerals. The text consists of 80 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: Definitions (1); Well permits and exemptions (2); Well position, spacing and target areas (3); Well operations (4); Abandoning, plugging and restoring wells (5); Well and other data (6); Safety, security and pollution prevention (7); Production operations (8).
