Abstract
Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that no person shall allow waste arising from diamond, percussion or rotary drilling operations to be discharged or dumped. The text consists of 12 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Diamond drilling (2); Boreholes (3); General (4).
