Abstract
The present Regulations lay down provisions on licensing, quota, pricing, report and records for egg production and marketing in Nova Scotia. The Board may issue the following types of licences in accordance with these regulations: (a) producing licence which includes (i) producer licence, (ii) specialty licence, (iii) heritage licence; (b) marketing licence which includes (i) processor licence, (ii) grader licence.
