Egg Grading and Standards Regulation (B.C. Reg. 306/2016).

The present Regulation is made under the Food and Agricultural Products Classification Act. In particular, the Regulations provides for the grading and standards of eggs. Article 2 establishes that the programme established under the Egg Regulations (Canada) is adopted as a grading programme for the purposes of the presentAct, and applies only to domestic hen eggs.
