Abstract
The present Act lays down provisions concerning electricity. For the purpose of the present Act “Board” means the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board. The text – consisting of 6 sections – deals with the following aspects: interpretation, wholesale customers and electricity, renewable energy standards, Regulations and proclamation.
