Abstract
This Regulation provides for the publication of notices of further assessment of proposed activities under section 42 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, specifies information to be contained in screening reports of the Director, contains rules relative to a notice of a decision of the Director, to a notice of proposed terms of reference for an environmental impact assessment report, a notice of final terms of reference, and a notice of the environmental impact assessment report.
