Abstract
This Regulation enacts the Environment Management Act. It provides for a person to submit an assessment ('assessment' meaning an environmental impact assessment required by the Minister under section 3 of the Environment Management Act.) containing all matters outlined in section 2. Section 3 outlines the prescribed structure the assessment should take.
