Exemption Regulation (B.C. Reg. 120/2016).

The present Regulation is made under Environmental Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to exemptions from certain sections of the Act. Section 2 dealing with exemption from sections 8, 9 and 17 of the Act establishes that: 1) In this section, "project" means a reviewable project in respect of which all of the following occurred before the date this section comes into force and 2) sections 8, 9 and 17 of the Act do not apply in relation to a project.
