Abstract
The present Regulations enact subsection 332(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the notification to the Minister in case of import or export of substances specified in the Export Control list. Section 3 establishes that every person who exports a substance specified in the Export Control List in a particular year shall provide the Minister, on or before January 31 of the following year, with a report for each export. the text consists of 5 sections.
