Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act. The purpose of these Regulations is to establish regulatory conditions applicable to the export of substances specified in the Export Control List and to implement the Stockholm Convention and Rotterdam Convention in relation to the export of those substances. The text –consisting of 26 sections – deals with the following matters: export conditions, application for an export permit, issuance of export permits, refusal, cancellation, amendment, suspension and expiration of export permits and export documents. Two Schedules are enclosed.
