Abstract
The present Regulations continue in force under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. These Regulations apply in respect of mobile PCB destruction systems and mobile PCB treatment systems that are operated: a) on federal land or on aboriginal land; or b) anywhere in Canada by or under contract with a federal institution. The text – consisting of 17 sections – deals with the following matters: duty of federal institutions, standards, information on design and performance, testing, test methods. One Schedule is enclosed specifying the toxicity factors.
