Gasoline Volatility Control Regulations, 2003 (N.L.R. 62/03).

These Regulations implement the Environmental Protection Act by further providing on gasoline production and on its storage. They provide maximum gasoline vapour pressure values, and they require every owner or operator of a refinery, and every importer of gasoline into the province, to submit to the department an annual report for each calendar year.
