Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Oil and Gas Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the geophysical explorations for oil and gas purposes. The text consists of 24 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Licensing and approvals (2); Field operations (3); Submission of information and reports (4). One Schedule is enclosed.
