Grain (Grain Corn, Soybeans and Wheat) - Plan (O. Reg. 484/09).

The present Regulation enforces the Farm Products Marketing Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.F.9). In particular, the Regulation establishes the plan for the control and regualtions of the producing and marketing of grain. Furthermore, a local board is established under the name «Grain Farmers of Ontario» . Section 5 establise for the purposes of elections to the local board and to the District Grain Committees, the grain producing districts listed in this section.
