Abstract
These Regulations identifies for the purpose of clause (a) of the definition of “habitat” in subsection 2 (1) of the Endangered Species Act, 2007, S.O. 2007, c. 6 (the Act) prescribed areas as habitat for the following animals and plants: American badger; American white pelican; Barn owl; Bent spike-rush; Bogbean buckmoth; Common five-lined skink (Carolinian population); Eastern flowering dogwood ; Eastern Foxsnake (Carolinian population); Eastern Foxsnake (Georgian Bay population); Eastern prairie fringed-orchid; Eastern sand darter; Engelmann’s quillwort; Few-flowered club-rush; Four-leaved milkweed; Fowler’s toad; Gray ratsnake (Carolinian population); Gray ratsnake (Frontenac Axis population); Hine’s emerald; Hungerford’s crawling water beetle; Jefferson salamander; Laura’s clubtail; Northern barrens tiger beetle; Ogden’s pondweed; Pale-bellied frost lichen; Pitcher’s thistle; Queensnake; Rapids clubtail; Redside dace habitat; Rusty-patched bumble bee; Virginia mallow; Wavy-rayed lampmussel; Western silvery aster; Wood turtle
