Abstract
This Regulation provides for the approval of flocks for hatchery supply. Section 3 indicates the reasons why the approval granted can be cancelled. In case of outbreak of a disease, the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development is responsible for issuing instruction for the purpose of controlling the outbreak (sect. 5).

This Regulation repeals the Hatchery Supply Flock Approval Regulation (AR 394/86), the Hatchery Fees Regulation (AR 434/91),the Purchase, Grading and Sale of Dressed Eviscerated Poultry Regulation, (AR 257/79) and the Production and Sale of Chicks and Poults Regulation (AR 395/86).With amendments up to and including Alberta Regulation 14/2013.
