Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Farm Products Marketing Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.F.9). The present Plan may be cited as the «Ontario Pork Producers’ Marketing Plan». Section 3 establishes that the local Board known as the Ontario Pork Producers’ Marketing Board is continued as the local Board that administers this Plan. Section 5 specifies the composition, powers and functioning of the afore-mentioned Board. The text – consisting of 22 sections – deals with the following aspects: hog producing zone and association areas, hog producing zones, zone councils and representation of associations, zone councils to be established, approval of association, allotting delegates, registration.
