Abstract
The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Litter Control Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the designation of beverages and containers. Section 5 deals with an environmental handling charge, and section 6 with refundable deposits. The text consists of 10 sections.

The present Regulations include amendments up to 2003.The present Regulations repeal the Designated Beverage Regulations (R.R.S. L-22 Reg 4), the Designated Container Regulations, 1990 (R.R.S. L-22 Reg 3) and the Litter Control Designation of Enforcement Officers Regulations (R.R.S. L-22 Reg 1).
