Abstract
The present Regulation enacts section 8 of the Plant Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the control of little cherry disease in plants. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Application (2); Destruction of plants with little cherry disease (3); Restrictions on cultivation of ornamental cherries (4); Cultivation of ornamental cherries can occur (5); Transportation of cherry stock (6); Offence (7).
