Abstract
The present Regulation provides for the implementation of various sections of the Livestock Identification and Brand Inspection Act. In particular, it lays down, amongst others, detailed provisions relating to the completion of a livestock manifest, completion of the same in case of transporting animals out of Alberta, marking of livestock on the upper portion of the body, bill of sale, livestock permit form, horse permit form. The text consists of 19 sections and several forms are enclosed.
Entry into force notes
This Regulation comes into force on November 1, 1998. For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 June 2008.
