Abstract
This regulation establishes a livestock price insurance program in the Province of Manitoba under WLPIP (western livestock price insurance program that is established by the multilateral agreement and is offered by each one of the western provinces in cooperation with the program administrator. (« WLPIP »), for the purpose of providing insurance for loss or damage due to unexpected price declines.
