Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Milk Act. Section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that the Ontario Milk and Farm-Separated Cream Plan is continued. This plan applies to the control and regulation of the producing and marketing within Ontario of milk and farm-separated cream. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.
