Abstract
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to special minerals programmes. In particular, section 1 establishes that a holder shall in every year file with the Department a detailed description of any proposed programme estimated to cost in excess of $10,000 regarding a mineral disposition other than a production lease or explored area lease before proceeding with the programme. The text consists of 6 sections.
