Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the administration of mines. The text – consisting of 39 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: definitions, agreements, fees, penalties, rentals and interest, functional equivalency rules.
