Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Canada National Parks Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to take off and landing in National Parks. It is prohibited for any person to conduct a take-off or landing in a National Park unless a special permit has been issued. The text consists of 4 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Application (2); Aircraft Access (3); Aircraft Access Permit (4); Powers of the Superintendent (5). One Schedule is enclosed.
