Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Canada National Parks Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the prevention of fires in national parks. The Regulations apply to parks and park reserves as if they were parks. Section 3 establishes that if the superintendent considers it necessary to close any area or highway in the park to public use or travel, he may do so by posting a prominently displayed explanatory notice in the area. The text consists of 13 sections.
