National Parks Town, Visitor Centre and Resort Subdivision Designation Regulations (SOR/91-8).

The present Regulations are made under the Canada National Parks Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the construction of visitor centres and resort subdivisions in national parks.
