Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Plant Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the eradication of the North American “gypsy moth”. Section 2 establishes that an inspector may enter on land and search for and remove gypsy moth eggs and set or retrieve traps for gypsy moths. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Appendix.
