Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Agriculture and Marketing Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the marketing of fresh fruit and vegetable. In particular, section 3 establishes that grades for fresh fruit and vegetables are as set out in Schedule A. The text consists of 37 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: Grades and standards (I); Packages and packaging (II); Application (III); Intra-provincial trade (IV); Inspection (V); Detention (VII); Fees (VIII); Three Schedules are enclosed.
