Nova Scotia Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Regulations (N.S. Reg. 84/79).

The present Regulations enact the Agriculture and Marketing Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the marketing of fresh fruit and vegetable. In particular, section 3 establishes that grades for fresh fruit and vegetables are as set out in Schedule A.
