Abstract
The present Regulation is enacted under Mines and Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes royalties to be paid to the government of Alberta by oil sands producers. The text consists of 18 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Requirements for allowed costs (1); Amount of costs and charges (2); Deemed allowed costs (3); Expiry and coming into force (4).
