Abstract
The present Regulation enforces the Ontario Water Resources Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. O. 40). In particular, the Regulation repeals the Fees Approvals (O. Reg. 364/98) dealing with water charges payable to municipalities. The text consists of 2 sections.
