Abstract
The present Regulation is enacted under the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes an overwinter bee mortality insurance programme for the purpose of providing insurance for loss or damage on behalf of bee-keepers. The text consists of 14 sections and 1 Schedule.
