Abstract
The present Regulation is enacted under the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation Act and has the purpose to establish an overwinter bee mortality insurance program for for loss or damage on behalf of bee-keepers. For the purpose of the Act "honey bees" are defined as livestock.
