Abstract
The present Regulations continue in force under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. It shall be noted that these Regulations do not apply to a controlled substance if: a) the controlled substance is produced incidentally in the manufacture of substances other than controlled substances; or b) the controlled substance is incidentally present in a mixture, a product or equipment. The text consists of 44 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Controlled substances (1); Specific uses of controlled substances (2); Issuance of permits (3); Miscellaneous provisions (4). Six Schedules are enclosed.
