Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act and the Designated Material Recycling and Management Regulation. Section 2 establishes that paint and paint containers are considered as designated material. Section 3 lists the maximum advance disposal surcharge for these designated materials.
