Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the recycling and management of designated materials. Section 2 establishes that the Tire Recycling Management Association of Alberta, is continued as a management board and is charged with the administration of the funds.
