Abstract
The present Act lays down provisions relating to pipeline in the province of British Columbia. The Oil and Gas Commission is in charge of the adequate implementation of the present Act. The text consists of 56 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: Administration of Act (1); General powers (2); Location of line (3); Taking and using of land (4); General (5); Operation of line (6); Oil lines (7); Gas lines (8); Accounts (9).
