Sour Pipeline Regulation (B.C. Reg. 359/98).

The present Regulation enacts sections 35 and 37 of the Pipeline Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to sour pipelines which means a pipeline containing hydrogen sulphide (H2S) in concentrations of 1 mole % or more.
