Abstract
The present Regulation enacts sections 35 and 37 of the Pipeline Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to sour pipelines which means a pipeline containing hydrogen sulphide (H2S) in concentrations of 1 mole % or more. The text consists of 8 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Applicability (2); Setbacks (3); Emergency planning zones (4); Emergency response plan (5); Additional design requirements (6); Additional submission requirements (7); Lead agency (8).
