Potato and Root Crop Producer Registration Order (Man. Reg. 92/2010).

The present Order implements the Farm Products Marketing Act (C.C.S.M. c. F47) and Manitoba Vegetable Producers Marketing Plan Regulation (Man. Reg. 117/2009). In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to the registration of potato and root crop producers. In this connexion, section 1 establishes that no person shall engage in the production or in the marketing of table potatoes in Manitoba unless such person is registered with this board at that time as a table potato producer.
