Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Livestock Act. In particular, section 6 of the afore-mentioned Act establishes that owners of land outside a municipality who reside within the boundaries of a proposed pound district may apply to the director to establish a pound district whether or not the land in respect of which the request is made is in a livestock district. Section 2 of the Regulation rules that owners of land who wish to establish or disestablish such a pound district shall submit an application to the Director including the documents listed in this section. The text consists of 18 sections and 2 Schedules.
