Preservation of Agricultural Land and Agricultural Activities Regulation (c. P-41.1, r. 1).

The present Regulation implements the Act respecting the preservation of agricultural land and agricultural activities (R.S.Q., c. P-41.1). Section 1 establishes that for the purposes of section 58 of the afore-mentioned Act an application for authorization shall be made on the form provided by the “Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Québec” and shall contain the information listed in this section. The text consists of 40 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Applications for authorization, inclusion or exclusion (I); Declarations (II); Removal of topsoil (III). Seven Schedules are enclosed.
