Abstract
The present Regulation is enacted under the Mines and Minerals Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation "prospecting" means the search for any rock or mineral, but not including: a) crushed rock used for construction purposes, or b) sand, gravel, natural gas or petroleum. This Programme provides grants to prospectors exploring either their own properties or open Crown mineral land. The text consists of 7 sections and 3 annexes.
