Abstract
The present Regulation lays down provisions concerning bottled water. In particular, it establishes quality standards, sanitary standards with respect to the production and certain conditions for the distribution of bottled waters in Québec. No person shall bottle, sell or distribute a bottled water if it does not meet the qualitative standards and the conditions for the production or distribution of waters prescribed in this Regulation. The text consists of 25 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Interpretation (I); Scope of the Regulation (II); Water classification and qualitative standards (III); Water distribution (IV); Sanitary conditions (V).
