Regulation respecting fees for attestation, registration and research in the Register of the domain of the State (CQLR c. T-8.1, r. 3).

The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state. In particular, the Regulation lay down provisions relating to the charging of fees for attestation, registration and research in the Register of the domain of the State. Section 2 and 3 list the amount of fees to be paid for the various services rendered.
