Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Animal Health Act. In particular, Schedule 1 lists reportable diseases prescribed for the purposes of section 3 of the Act, and Schedule 2 lists notifiable diseases prescribed for the purposes of section 4 of the Act. The text consists of 6 sections and 2 Schedules.
Entry into force notes
The present Regulation comes into force on 1 January 2009 and expires on 31 January 2015.
